Mid-Town Parish UMC- A Benefit Bank Partner

CONNECTING COMMUNITIES TO RESOURCES

 What is The Benefit Bank?

The Benefit Bank (TBB) is a free to use, web-based, counselor- assisted service designed to simplify the process of applying for many state and federal benefits, and maximize income tax refunds, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and voter registration forms.

TBB with counselor assistance uses a series of simple interview questions. The counselor navigates the screens and types the client's responses. When all the questions necessary to fill out the application or tax return are completed, a summary is presented for review. The application is then printed or electronically submitted.
